You’re not seeing double, this is a nursery for twins! Every now and then, we’ll get the opportunity to work on a nursery that needs two cribs. It’s usually a challenge to fit two cribs in a small nursery space, but the layout of this particular nursery was perfect.

We were contacted by the lovely Barbie Blank to design a nursery for her twins. She wanted the space to feel soft and breezy with all neutral elements. She was having a girl and a boy and wanted the space to work for both.

We started this design by finding the perfect nursery furniture. We did want a little contrast instead of all white, so we went with the beautiful DaVinci Radley Crib and Dresser. The two-tone detail on the furniture really adds to the room! The dresser also has black hardware which is so on-trend and coordinates with our drapery hardware and mirror.

The Juno Glider we chose is cozy and perfect for holding twins—it comes with the two side pillows! We paired it with a fun faux leather pouf from Gathre that’s lightweight and easy to move around. It has a matching storage bin that we used as well!

The neutral rug in this nursery is a beautiful piece that’s actually washable and non-toxic! It has a subtle pattern and works so well in this neutral space. We had a little fun with the crib sheets and chose an adorable Kendi print crib sheets from Crane Baby. They also have matching pillows and swaddles that are so soft.

The wood wall names were an extra special decor piece that was customized for the twins. We used the combo wood wall names from Timberwood Designs and they came out so cute!

We finished off the design with some wood wall ledges for books and lots of little decor. You know we love greenery here at Little Crown Interiors, so of course we had to add some plants. The faux magnolia from Darby Creek is a stunning piece and so realistic. The hydrangea on the side table is also the same brand—we use these in so many of our nursery designs.
